The foundation is currently implementing a Revolving Fund Project which provides credit to small scale entrepreneurs in the Lake Victoria Region.
The ultimate goal is eventual growth of the project into Ngala Jared Community Development Foundation Bank.
Therefore, the foundation welcomes like minded people/organizations to partner with us in actualizing the dream.

POLITICS OF IDEOLOGY

IDEOLOGY is what should define the direction of public service establishments.

It's what informs how an organization handles its affairs.

It's the core guiding principle.

Hence, people who want to join an organization - whether political or otherwise - ought to be influenced by the fundamental beliefs of the organization.

Therefore, a public outfit without well defined ideology and philosophy can't provide effective service delivery due lack of a clear institutionalised direction that defines the way forward steps.

AFRICAN LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

The African leadership challenge is rooted in the absence of homegrown governance structures that embrace ethic diversity, lack of employment of regional affirmative action in key leadership positions, and the inability to create elaborate checks and balances between law makers and policy implementation organs.

The African PLAN Project of Ngala Jared Community Development Foundation is conceptualized to address the identified perennial shortcomings in the continent of Africa.

A CALL FOR GLOBAL SOLIDARITY

As the human race, we share ancestry and the universal living environment - Planet Earth.

Due to the aforesaid reality, we need to protect the environment for our general good.

We also need to share basic survival resources like medicine, food and technological assets for smooth socioeconomic interface.

To achieve the universal development goals, we need a well structured management system to facilitate consultative decision making process and to oversee policy implementation.

In that regard, we need to strengthen our existing governance structures right from the village level upto the international space with UN as our apex coordinating body.

In this respect, the stability of UN agencies provides security to humanity.

Therefore, it's imperative for the UN member states to support operational sustainability of its service delivery agencies for the common good of humanity.

A thoughtful reflection.

NGALA JARED FOUNDATION VILLAGE BANK PROJECT

The foundation has initiated the project to provide credit and business management training to small scale entrepreneurs.

Some local entrepreneurs in Migori County, Kenya have already joined the project.

The foundation wants to upscale the project to benefit entrepreneurs in Migori and Homa Bay counties.
