Education is one of the surest ways to get out of poverty. Despite the free education policy for learners in primary and secondary levels of education, many youth still fail to attend school due to extreme poverty, lack of welfare and other social-economic challenges. Positive Action Kenya exists to give less fortunate youth a chance to a better future by providing access to education and mentorship.

Our Story

We envision a Kenya where children and youth have equal access to holistic and quality education that will ensure they are well trained to participate in the economy, and well informed to participate in decision making and leadership. Our mission as PAK is to inform, train and empower children and youth through education and training to positively impact the society at large. Our Key objectives include: 1. To increase the number of children and youth who have relevant skills (technical or vocational) for employment, entrepreneurship and innovation.

2. To advocate for learners to be equipped with knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development.

3. To promote the use of enabling technology to promote empowerment of young women and youth.

4. Strengthen the efforts of governments, education institutions, civil societies and corporates through supporting implementation of policies to that push the agenda of quality education, gender equality and decent work/economic growth.
