The leaders training manual is necessary for any political party. The notion leaders are born is partially true but above all leaders are trained and nurtured; hence, it is imperative to be intentional and deliberate in the areas for their capacity building.

Its a process that starts with identification of needs of the leaders and the party, then assessment of the needs prioritised by coming up with recommendations on how to implement or address the them.

Women, youth, PWD, Ethnic minorities and marginalised community are the Special Interest Groups in any institution especially political party. Ideology and political education, policy and legal framework, internal party structure, communication ,branding and media engagement, campaign management, grassroots organising and mobilisation, cultural transformation and inclusion, mental health, violence prevention and safety are just afew of thematic areas for training.
