"Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor."
Ecclesiastes 4:9

We are grateful for the support from all our partners across Africa and beyond. We are indeed one body with different parts that work together to achieve the common good. When we reflect on our journey, we can only express gratitude for the efforts made towards creating a continent where families can live in dignity.

"Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."
Proverbs 16:3
We're confident that the Lord will help us fulfill his desires for humanity by empowering vulnerable people in society through the help of our partners across Africa. We rejoice and delight in serving God and humanity, and we thank Him for the impact realized over the years.
This is our confidence: He who started the good work in us will bring it to accomplishment!

Did you know? According to a 2022 Scientific Journal Nature article titled "Unextractable Fossil Fuels," coal, natural gas, and oil reserves are expected to be exhausted by 2043. The key concern is not only their depletion but also their environmental impact.

To combat these issues, Africa is turning to clean energy sources like solar, geothermal, hydro, and biomass. This transition aims to provide more affordable living options and enhance resilience against climate change. With global temperatures already rising and projections indicating a possible increase of over 2°C by 2050, urgent measures are essential.
Our Sustainable Livelihoods Program (SLP) focuses on helping communities adapt to these challenges, emphasizing sustainable agriculture as a vital part of the solution.
Clean energy is at the heart of agriculture and a solution to many of our problems.
Happy International Day of Clean Energy!

“Putting our young people first is at the heart of our work. The future of any society lies in its ability to provide its children and youth with the tools and opportunities to flourish as individuals and to contribute to the collective development of the society and country. This can only be achieved through an education system that is accessible to everyone.” - Ousmane Diagana.

CMA envisions an educated and holistic child prepared to serve their community and achieve excellence. Happy International Day of Education!

What is God's heart for children?
Children's Mission Africa is committed to dignifying lives across Africa. One way we do this is by ensuring the message of hope and redemption through our Lord Jesus Christ reaches the African children we serve. We believe in building strong foundations for children, upholding the fear of God in their hearts. We trust that these seeds we plant alongside our partners transcend generations.

Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it."

The young generation is woke!
This was evident in yesterday's event. Youths gathered to be enlightened and inquire on several development projects and education.
A good percentage of youths is aware of their role in leadership and governance and the need to have a No Corruption Generation.

'Information is power' How often do we seek information on matters development and service delivery?

Today's session was very informative, participants were enlightened about their rights to access information as stipulated in Article 35 of the constitution of Kenya.

The Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of the Ombudsman )stated that the office is willing to help citizens access this fundamental right. This will, in turn, help them to hold leaders accountable with public resources, a very critical step in curbing corruption.

How often do we let our actions negatively affect those around us? There can be no accountability if there is no responsibility. Responsibility is necessary for children in their formative years and multiplies its effect in adults as we integrate and interact with society. Part of social responsibility is recognising how your actions impact the wider community. As we gear up for International Anti-Corruption Day, choose to be socially responsible today.
