Today was more than just planting trees 🌱 — it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together with a shared purpose. As members of the alongside our dedicated Baby Club we gathered at Kamiti Prison not just to plant seedlings, but to plant hope, responsibility, and a vision for a greener, more sustainable future. Every tree planted symbolizes growth — growth in our environment, growth in our community, and growth within ourselves as servants of change.
It was inspiring to see different generations working side by side, united by the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self. We believe that small actions, when multiplied by many hands, can create a lasting impact. Today, we didn’t just plant trees we nurtured change, strengthened bonds, and took a step towards a better tomorrow for all. 🌍💚

Yesterdays fellowship was more than just a Throwback Thursday!
The room was filled with the living history of our club as we got to hear firsthand from the PPs and Charter Members who laid the foundation for the impact we see today. Their stories of resilience, service, and the early days of our charter were a powerful reminder of the "why" behind our work.
​Highlights of the Evening
​Expert Moderation: The session was brilliantly guided by PDG Eric who brought both charm and deep insight to the conversation.
​Special Guest: We were deeply honored to be graced by the presence of the DGE (District Governor-Elect) for District 9216, whose presence underscored the significance of our club’s journey within the larger Rotary family.
​Shared Wisdom: From "founding era" anecdotes to lessons on sustainable leadership, the fellowship served as a bridge between our proud past and our ambitious future.
​As we listened through the stories and shared laughs over shared milestones, one thing became clear the spirit of Unite for Good remains our North Star.
​To know where you are going, you must first remember where you have been.

​It was an evening of deep connection, shared vision, and true Rotary spirit as we hosted our "Hangout With DG" session. From insightful conversations about our impact in the community to the warm moments of laughter that define the Rotary Club of Nairobi Muthaiga North, the energy was truly unmatched.
​We left the meeting feeling inspired, recharged, and more committed than ever to Unite For Good. Thank you, DG Wairimu, for your leadership and for making our Thursday so memorable!

Yesterday marked a truly special and historic moment for our community as we proudly celebrated the charter of our very first Interact Club.Githunguri girls.What began as a vision to inspire young leaders has now become a reality. This milestone represents more than just the formation of a club it symbolizes the beginning of a journey of service, leadership, and positive impact.
The event brought together dedicated Rotarians, supportive teachers, enthusiastic students all united by a shared commitment to empowering the next generation. Through the Interact Club, these young leaders will have the opportunity to grow in confidence, develop leadership skills, and most importantly, serve their community with compassion and purpose.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our New Generation Director for the guidance, dedication, and effort invested in making this charter possible. Special thanks also go to all members and participants who showed up, supported the initiative, and helped make the event such a memorable and successful occasion. Your commitment and enthusiasm truly made the day special.
As we officially charter this club, we celebrate not only the achievement of today but also the promise of tomorrow. We look forward to witnessing the incredible initiatives, friendships, and meaningful change that will grow from this beginning.
