The goal of the organisation is creating union for the Islamic scholars of sub-saharan Afica to serve as a scientific reference ,be effective among African communities,strengthen the role of scholars and preachers in directing the community at all levels,regulate the Islamic fatwas.it also aims in bringing solidarity among Muslims in Africa and solving challenges that are face Muslims in Africa.
