Caroline Kagia Wellness Initiative.

Caroline Kagia Wellness Initiative. I help high-functioning women and organizations confront hidden alcohol dependence, emotional burnout, and silent mental health struggles — before they derail careers, relationships, and wellbeing.

As a Certified Addictions Therapist, Life coach, and Speaker, I work at the intersection of clinical insight, corporate wellness, and faith-aware guidance.

My work reveals a critical truth: alcohol abuse and burnout often hide behind success, promotions, and resilience, making them invisible to colleagues, leaders, and even loved ones.

I create safe, non-judgmental spaces for healing and awareness through:
⏩Corporate workshops & leadership talks — practical strategies to identify and prevent hidden struggles in the workplace.
⏩High-functioning women coaching — confidential guidance for reclaiming control, restoring balance, and breaking cycles of silent dependency.
⏩Faith-informed recovery — integrating emotional, mental, and spiritual healing rooted in Isaiah 61:1.

Organizations and professionals work with me to improve mental wellbeing, reduce hidden risk, and empower women to thrive authentically.

If you are a corporate wellness leader, HR professional, or high-performing woman seeking support, let’s connect.

For a long time, many women have suffered silently.
Behind successful careers, beautiful smiles, church attendance, and daily responsibilities, there are hidden battles that few people ever see.
Some are fighting emotional wounds.
Some are fighting addiction.
Some are fighting shame, trauma, rejection, and hopelessness.
“Still I Rise” was birthed from a place of pain, but also from a place of encountering the healing power of God.
This book is for the woman who feels tired.
For the person who feels unseen.
For the one who loves Jesus but still struggles silently.
Your struggle is not the end of your story.
Healing is possible.
Freedom is possible.
And by God’s grace… you will rise again.
📖 “Still I Rise” is now available.
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles…” — Isaiah 40:31

“Vodka eyeballing” is a dangerous trend where someone pours vodka or another alcoholic drink directly into their eye instead of drinking it. Some people have done it for social media challenges or dares, believing it causes a faster “buzz” — but that is false.
It can seriously damage the eye because alcohol irritates and burns delicate eye tissue. Possible effects include:
Severe pain and redness
Corneal scratches or burns
Blurred vision
Eye infections
Temporary or even permanent vision damage in serious cases
It also does not make someone intoxicated faster in any meaningful or safe way.

A chronic relapser is not simply someone who “doesn’t want help.”

More often, they are someone caught in a painful cycle of trying to stop, falling back, feeling shame, and starting over again.

Behind repeated relapse there is usually something deeper:
• unresolved trauma.
• emotional pain.
• denial.
• toxic environments.
• untreated mental health struggles.
• lack of support and accountability.

Relapse does not mean recovery is impossible. It means the root issues still need attention, healing, and consistent support.

As a society, we must stop judging people who relapse repeatedly and start asking better questions:
“What pain are they carrying?”
“What are they trying to numb?”
“What support system do they have?”

Recovery is rarely a straight line. Healing takes compassion, structure, honesty, and grace.

📖“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Something is rising… and it cannot be silenced.

For years, I carried stories that were never spoken. Pain that learned how to perform.
Strength that looked like “I’m fine.”

But healing has a voice.
And soon… mine will no longer be quiet.

“Still I Rise” is more than a book. It is a journey through brokenness, resilience, faith, and restoration.
It is for the woman who smiles in public but cries in private.
It is for the one who kept going when everything in her wanted to give up.

It is for those who have fallen… and are ready to rise again.
This is your reminder: Your story is not over.

Coming soon. 🔥

SHE’S FUNCTIONING… BUT SHE’S HURTING.

Childhood trauma doesn’t disappear with age.
It just learns how to hide.

It shows up as:
• Overthinking everything.
• Struggling to trust people.
• Needing control to feel safe.
• Saying “I’m fine” when you’re not.

🎯Some of the strongest women you know…
are actually surviving patterns they never chose.

Unfortunately,
what wasn’t healed in childhood,
will echo in adulthood.

But healing is possible.

📖“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

✅You don’t have to keep carrying what hurt you..
✅You can unlearn.
✅You can break the cycle.
✅You can heal.

CHOOSE YOU.🫵🏽

SHE DOESN’T LOOK LIKE WHAT SHE’S GOING THROUGH:

✅She is composed.
✅Strategic.
✅Respected.
✅She leads meetings with clarity.
✅Delivers results without excuses.
✅Shows up polished, prepared, and in control.

📌 Because of that…
👉🏽No one questions her.

🚩What many don’t see is this:
👉🏽The pressure never switches off.
👉🏽The expectations don’t reduce.
👉🏽The weight she carries doesn’t get lighter.
👉🏽So she finds ways to cope quietly.

👉🏽A glass of wine🍷 becomes two.🍷🍷.
👉🏽Two becomes the only way she knows how to "calm down".
👉🏽Not because she is weak.
✅But because she is tired..

📌Tired of holding everything together.
👉🏽Tired of being needed by everyone.
👉🏽Tired of not having a safe place to fall apart.

📌This is the hidden reality of many high-functioning women in corporate spaces.

🎯SUCCESS can mask STRUGGLE.
👉🏽Performance can hide pain.
👉🏽Strength can become a prison.

🫂You are allowed to be supported too.
🫂You are allowed to feel.
🫂You are allowed to not be “the strong one” all the time.

📌God does not just use strong women.

✅He RESTORES weary ones.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” —(Matthew 11:28).

🫂You don’t have to numb what you feel.

✅You can heal what you carry.
