We undertake advocacy and training on CSR/CSI with Corporate Volunteering as key while working with grassroot organizations; NGOs, CBOs, local government, and other stakeholders in promoting SDGs in the promotion of Corporate Society engagement. Since the founding of Voluntary Action Leaders in 2018, we have focused on advocacy and training on Corporate Social Responsibility and Social investments
with corporate volunteering as key in implementing our socially engaging programs. Voluntary Action Leaders welcomes corporate partners and their employees to join our volunteer programs as part of their commitment to the social impact of their businesses. We work closely with Grassroot organizations, NGOs, CBOs, Local government, and other social impact nonprofits, to generate impact to the communities they serve with sustainable Development while promoting corporate employee engagement. Millennials are quite interesting in how they work and engage their social and professional lifestyles. Learning about them and their personal lives has become a challenge to most corporate leaders. This is where, as Voluntary Action Leaders, we play our part. The United Nation's Sustainable development goal 17(Partnership for the goals) has been our key streamlining pillar in the promotion of corporate engagement for social impact through the other 16 Sustainable Development goals. VISION
A thriving, Multicultural community where everyone has full and quality lives
MISSION
To build and sustain corporate-community networks that ignite inclusive businesses and vibrant communities. Transparency
We are committed to transparency while in all our operations and partnerships.
2. Professionalism
We have respect for all people we work with, placing professionalism in the frontline.
3. Accountability
All our engagements are transparent, with the accountability of every engagement
4. Integrity
Core to our daily operations is the demonstration of the highest levels of integrity. Voluntary Action Leaders develops programs where corporate staff, as volunteers apply their expertise in a much different working environment in Non-Governmental Organizations and other Charity organizations in developing countries or, if preferred, in the area surrounding their current work environment. The reason why we all want to work, today-tomorrow-and the day after, is because of one thing, job satisfaction. Giving back to the community is a great way to build job satisfaction. Many employees that feel part of the corporate social responsibility and engage more in giving back say they are more satisfied working for the organization and have high retention rates based on several studies.
