Let me be honest with you today.

Motivation is a visitor.
Discipline is a resident.

Motivation comes when you feel inspired, when the vision is clear, when people are cheering. But what happens on the Monday morning when nobody is cheering?

When the results are not showing? When you do not feel like it?

That is where discipline steps in.

And discipline is not punishment. It is not restriction. It is not the enemy of your joy.

Here is what I have learned about discipline the hard way:

🔑 Discipline means showing up even when no one is watching and nothing is moving

🔑 Discipline is choosing who you are becoming over how you feel right now

🔑 Every habit you build today is positioning you for the breakthrough you are believing for tomorrow

🔑 The leader you admire is not more talented than you — they are more disciplined than you

🔑 Amateurs wait to feel inspired — leaders build the habit of showing up regardless

And this one — write it down:

🎯 Habits today. Breakthrough tomorrow.

It really is that simple. And that hard.

Because here is the truth nobody wants to say out loud:

Many of us are praying for breakthrough while being inconsistent in the basics.

We want the harvest but we are not tending the field.

We want the fruit but we are skipping the process.

We want the stage but we are not faithful in the rehearsal room.

Dear Fellow Stewards,
In line with the Jubilant Stewards of Africa (JSA) Constitution, the guidelines of the NGOs Board of Kenya, and the Constitution of Kenya, it is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to personally invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2026.
All members, officials, and board members are expected to attend the meeting, which will be held on Saturday, 24th January 2026 from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM EAT. The meeting will be virtual. Virtual links will be provided by email over the next few days to bona fide members only.

FREE MEDICAL CAMP 2025 RESCHEDULING
Jubilant Stewards of Africa (JSA), in collaboration with its partners, wishes to inform our esteemed sponsors, service providers, invited guests, media, and the general public that the Embakasi South Free Medical Camp 2025, initially scheduled for 13th December 2025 at the Cathedral of Praise Church, Imara Daima Ward, Embakasi South Constituency has been postponed due to unavoidable to a later date which will be communicated in due course.
The decision to reschedule was made to enhance the overall experience of the medical camp, ensure proper coordination with key stakeholders, and deliver premium-quality healthcare access as initiated by Hon. Jared Oundo, Embakasi South Constituency MP Aspirant. We remain committed to providing essential medical support and assistance.
All prior confirmations, partnerships, and arrangements remain valid and will be honoured for the new date.
