Arzoo is an education and activity centre based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It was set up with the aim of providing a secure knowledge and livelihood base for the underprivileged children and women. racurricular activities. Arzoo Africa is based in Nairobi and works in Kibera and Mathare with girls and women. Our objectives in Africa include the following:
Provide support to help girls attend higher education
awareness and capacity building training for women empowerment
Increase awareness surrounding female ge***al mutilation and ,menstruation
Promote small businesses and artisans and connect them with new markets
Provide a peaceful space for people from different communities to discuss issues that are important to them and find common ground. Conduct awareness camps with women, girls, men. and boys to empower them to think and talk openly.
