In a historic move, AYGN has officially signed an MoU with the African Commission on Nuclear Energy on the sidelines of the ongoing Nuclear Energy Innovation Summit for Africa (NEISAfrica) in Kigali.

This agreement marks a significant step forward in strengthening collaboration between our two organizations toward advancing peaceful nuclear applications across the African continent.

Together, we are committed to promoting innovation, capacity building, knowledge sharing, and sustainable development through the peaceful use of nuclear science and technology.

Honored to have the African Young Generation in Nuclear (AYGN) represented at the ongoing Nuclear Energy Innovation Summit for Africa (NEISA) by AYGN President Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, Vice President Maryam Laayoun, and other Young Generation in Nuclear (YGN) leaders from across the continent.

Day 1 at the Nuclear Energy Innovation Summit Africa (NEISA) was an exciting start for AYGN members in Rwanda as young nuclear professionals from across Africa gathered to connect, engage, and participate in conversations shaping the continent’s energy future.
