Yesterday, our Junior Justice Club had the opportunity to visit Milimani Law Courts to learn firsthand how court proceedings are conducted. The children observed the court process and gained valuable insights into how justice is administered.

We are grateful to Legal Sister for making this important learning experience possible and for continuing to empower our children with knowledge about their rights, responsibilities, and the justice system.

Learning today, becoming responsible citizens tomorrow. ⚖️💙

Learning Beyond the Safe House 🌱

On Saturday, four of our senior boys had the opportunity to attend a mentorship day at Marula Green Market. They learnt firsthand how the market operates from morning to evening and had the chance to meet the farmers who help feed many families across Nairobi.

They also learnt about customer care, how to welcome and communicate with customers, managing the parking area, setting up and packing down the market, meeting vendors’ expectations, and the importance of teamwork and responsibility.

Most importantly, they gained a better understanding of the positive impact the market has on the wider community and how its success directly supports the children and programmes at Real Hope Community Foundation.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that equip our young people with practical skills, confidence, entrepreneurship knowledge and a deeper understanding of community development.

Our Junior Justice Team had the privilege of visiting the National Parliament of Kenya 🇰🇪, where they got to see and learn firsthand how laws are debated, discussed, and passed.

It was a valuable learning experience that helped our young leaders better understand democracy, leadership, and the importance of their voices in society.

🙏🏽 SUNDAY CHILDREN’S CHURCH SERVICE 🙏🏽

Every Sunday, we hold a children’s church service for all our children and children from the surrounding community in our new hall. ❤️ thanks to Graceville ministry.

It is a special time for the children to come together to worship, pray, learn, and give thanks to God for all He is doing in their lives.

We are truly grateful for your continued support towards the Real Hope Community Foundation (RHCF) programmes. Your support helps make these opportunities possible and has contributed greatly to making RHCF what it is today.

The school holidays are here, and our centre is full of life! ❤️

Every day, our children are engaged in meaningful activities—from reading and learning to playing, creating, and socialising. It's a wonderful time for them to build friendships, develop new skills, and simply enjoy being children in a safe and loving environment.

Thank you for your continued support of the Real Hope Community Foundation (RHCF) programmes. Because of your generosity, 170 children are benefiting directly from the care, opportunities, and hope you help provide.

Every Saturday, our children join many others at Marula Green Market for the best Children's Saturday Activities in town!

From painting and drawing, beadwork, running space and ball games to the bouncing castle, trampoline, and lots of swings, and a full dedicated toilet block for children. there's something for every child to enjoy—and it's all free of charge.

These fun-filled Saturdays give our children the opportunity to socialize, build confidence, make new friends, and create lasting memories in a safe and joyful environment.

A big thank you to Marula Green Market for providing such a wonderful space where children can learn, play, and thrive together while enjoying the market. 💙🎨⚽🎠

Our new dining hall is now fully operational after a few weeks of construction, providing a safe, spacious, and welcoming environment for all 170 children in our care.
The new facility now offers:
🍽️ A clean, spacious and safe dining area for all 170 children.
🎵 A dedicated music storage and practice space.
🤝 A safe space for all RHCF clubs and children's activities.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A larger meeting area for staff, children, parents and guests.
📦 A spacious food storage area.
⛪ A dedicated space for children's church services.
This transformation is more than just a building—it's an investment in the future of every child we serve.

Friday nights are always the best for the children! ❤️ With no school on Saturday, it's movie and TV night—a time filled with laughter, joy, and precious memories together.

The Justice Junior Leaders Club was launched on 21st March 2026 through a partnership with lawyers from , who have been conducting mentorship sessions for 15 Rhcf children twice each month.
The mentorship sessions focus on:
Child rights and responsibilities
Legal awareness
Personal safety
Decision-making and leadership
This initiative is empowering learners with the knowledge and skills needed to become confident self-advocates, responsible citizens, and future leaders.
Today, the learners had the valuable opportunity to visit Riruta Police Station. We extend our sincere appreciation to the station OCS Madam Sarah and the officers from the Gender Desk for warmly hosting the children. They explained how a police station operates, the different services it provides, and guided the learners on a tour of the station. The visit helped demystify the role of the police while strengthening the children's understanding of justice, safety, and community service.
