We are an association created to accumulate capital for job creation, to eliminate unemployment and to provide labor protection.
Principles:
1. Shared African communal responsibility and values
2. Our members come first in all our activities
3. Early registration confers advantage on benefits
4. Uniformity in membership savings for equity
5. Contributions are savings and personal ownership stake
6. Provision of labour protection for members who are employed
7. College students who register at admission to schools will have a job guarantee after graduation
8. Easy and affordable to everyone
9. All transactions through mobile money for accountability and paperless records
10. Membership is lifetime with investment portfolio
11. Stewardship will be through the custodian and guardianship of founder

In the absence workplace protection, workers get a raw deal and are exploited:

Some labour/workplace malpractices:
1. Unfair termination at employment
2. Low salaries compared to input
3. Absence of NSSF and SHA coverage
4. Mistreatment at work place (Long working hours, no offs etc)
5. Prolonged contractual terms without benefits.

3. Have a personal registered phone number

Annual fee: Kshs. 100, monthly savings Kshs 100.
(One off yearly payment Kshs. 1300)
2. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝;
Annual fee Kshs 100. Monthly Kshs. 200, [half for saving and the other half for labour protection]
(One off yearly payment Kshs. 2500).

𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
All payments are made via mobile money to be real time, it will a date and time stamp for records:
1. MPESA, Stanbic Bank, Paybill 600100, Account 106399.
2. You will receive a confirmatory message from the bank
3. Your details will be captured and your membership number will be allocated within a month

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:
• All your contributions must be through your registered personal phone number for records. Once of yearly payment is encouraged for those who can manage.

vulture capitalism has already started. This is a system that has made you a working machine. It bleeds and squeezes your toil, efforts, sweat for a penny. If you don't liberate yourself you will be enslaving yourself all your life with nothing to your name.

DRIVING WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION

Why do I believe in wealth redistribution?

Recently a politician echoed what I had said here, that the inequality in the country is absurd. Check Caroli Omondi on citizen, he said that 98% of Kenyan wealth is in the hands of less than 100 people. He was even more precise. If you remember, I had said that around 65% of Kenyan companies are owned by foreigners, that means 65 % of profits you make go to outsiders who are not Kenyan. You are a working machine for foreigners, not yourself. Then about 98% of the remaining 35% go to the less than 100 Kenyans. In this case you are a working machine for them.

In other words, all the others Kenyans are working machines for less than 1% Kenyans and foreigners.

You may be a businessman swimming in 'money', you maybe comfortable because you have a home, a car and leading employees to maximize profit. It is fine but you're a pawn in the bigger scheme of things, indirectly making abnormal profits for foreigners and top less than 1% Kenyans.

Resigning to this fate means that your brain has been fu**ed and r***d to accept mediocrity. Your brain has been numbed by comfort and resignation.

Marwa Welfare is the answer to this. Progressively begin taking back ownership for yourselves and benefit directly also from your work. It maybe a slow process but we will ultimately reach there.

An enemy of Marwa Welfare is an enemy of Africans economic emancipation from the jaws of foreign control.

THE CON THAT IS UNEMPLOYMENT;
Our mission is liberation. Let me expose one truth that has been hidden by silence for long. And this can be debated by PHD holders, professors, or anyone, however much they want. But the truth is self-evident.
There was no unemployment in traditional African society before colonization. This is a fact. Let it sink. Repeat after me, there was no unemployment in traditional African Society. Unemployment did not exist. Everyone had something to do.
So ask yourself,f what is creating unemployment?
*It is unchecked capitalism. It is the vulture system, the hyenas! They keep you out of work while hoarding large tracts of land and save monumental amounts of money in banks to keep you poor. Keep you poor and continue struggling day in and day out.*
If I am lying, dispute me with facts!?
We must organize ourselves. Workers must unite because the umbrella trade union has lost direction. The elderly must now give the mantle to the young.
