is a campaign to create awareness about children living with developmental disabilities like Autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. These are children like any other. The objective is NOT to conceal and confine them at home.

This initiative was started in 2023. so far, we have covered Nairobi, Garissa, Wajir, and now heading to Mandera.

There will be accessors from Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) who will render services for these children at MANDERA Special School for the blind inshaallah from the 9th to 13th December.
Kindly join us to dispel myths and misconceptions about these innocent children.

Safe Surgical Aid , in partnership with the Office of the MP for Garissa Township, Hon. Mjr (Rtd) Dekow M. Barrow, Kenya Institute for Special Education (KISE), National Council for Persons With Disabilities (NCPWD) Northern Advocacy, Boyne Healthcare, and other organizations, invites you to the Awareness and Medical Camp from 12th to 14th December at the Garissa Special School.

This initiative aims to support children with developmental disabilities and dispel myths surrounding them.

Following the success of , held in Nairobi, this event also marks the celebration of its first anniversary.

Join us as we continue to champion inclusivity and empowerment for children with developmental disabilities.

It is deeply disappointing that out of the twenty-three Members of Parliament from the North Eastern Region who participated in the crucial vote, only four voted against the bill. We commend these four Members of Parliament for standing with their constituents and opposing this detrimental legislation. The remaining members, however, have disregarded their duty to represent the best interests of the people who elected them. Their decision to support the Finance Bill, despite its harmful implications, reflects a betrayal of the trust placed upon them.

The services will be provided by lawyers from Association of Muslim lawyers, Muslim students of University of Nairobi Faculty of law and our lawyers.

STATEMENT BY NORTHERN ADVOCACY ORGANISATION ON ABDUCTION OF TWO TAXI DRIVERS IN LIBOI TOWN, GARISSA COUNTY.

We condemn the abduction of two taxi drivers namely; ABDIHAKIM MOHAMED HASSAN and JAMAC ADAN BEYR in Liboi Town of Garissa County.

ABDIHAKIM forcibly bungled in a silver Toyota Probox of registration number KDE 769J at DNA petrol station in Liboi town While JAMAC was abducted as he was travelling from Dhobley Somalia to Liboi town.

Their whereabouts remain unknown as hope to trace them is withering every minute. The families of the two young men are under distress and hurting. It is absolutely preposterous and unacceptable for young men fending for their families to be meted with such inhumane and callous violation of their dignity and inalienable rights and freedoms.

The Government of Kenya through HE President William Ruto has time without a number underlined that his administration will not tolerate enforced disappearances and Extrajudicial killings of Kenyans.

In the circumstances, we demand the immediate and unconditional release of these young men whose lives now hang by a thread. Failure to heed to this demand will leave us with no alternative remedy than to swiftly move to Court to compel the Government to produce the two.

We condem the horrific terror attack that claimed the lives of five people and left many others injured in Elwak town, Mandera County.

It’s unfortunate that the government that has the mandate to protect the lives and property of Kenyans as enshrined in the constitution of has failed ,despite the fact that such incidents recurring time and again.
