My good people, amkeni mbook nyumba za metropolitan bedsitters which have been posted on the boma yangu site finally! Bedsitters/studio are going for Kshs. 840,0000 on rent to own which means you are required to deposit 10% of the total cost of the house which in this case is Kshs. 84,000 and then you await allocation. The available units on the portal are: 1080 and occupants will be required to pay 3200 per month on rent to own for the next 30 years. Am sharing with you the pics of the bedsitters. Register on boma for those who are interested.

Mukuru residents set to move into new affordable homes by December 2024!!!
This is very interesting. Ministry of Housing - The Affordable Housing Programme Department of Housing and Urban Development - Kenya, this is good news for the residents of Mukuru. However, the units are not yet published in the ? What are the requirements for house allocation and are residents required to raise 10% of the total cost of the units considering their social economic status? My request is the Ministry of Housing - The Affordable Housing Programme should invest in local media to raise awareness about the Mukuru affordable housing project and the requirements as well as the criteria for allocation of the affordable housing units in Mukuru. Lest we wake in December to all houses allocated to Non-residents behind the scenes and off the Boma Yangu portal.

Missing Children in Mukuru,, age between 2years-5 years. Both boys and girls. Some of the alleged perpetrators are still in the community enjoying their life and probably plotting their next moves! Whose child will go missing next!! @ Agripina Otito @ Agripina Luhatse was last seen with the first child by the name of Shantel Musyoka after allegedly picking her outside her house. Nyumba Kumi official (Chairperson) catholic area is allegedly conspiring with the alleged perpetrator! Agripina was arrested and later on released on cash bail awaiting hearing of the case! VOICE of JUSTICE wants more investigation done and the truth unearthed! !

If you have experienced having your child go missing even for a few hours of the day, not knowing where they are or with whom, you probably will understand this post. This is a call to parents to be vigilant especially now that we are approaching the Holiday season. I encourage parents to keep a close eye on their children and always have someone to just keep watch incase you are not around.
