Empowering young minds, one session at a time! 🌟 These bright smiles are a reflection of the knowledge, confidence, and joy gained during our training sessions.

During this AGF session, the girls learned crucial skills in menstrual hygiene management and the importance of understanding their bodies.

By breaking the stigma surrounding periods and equipping them with practical tools, we’re fostering confidence and ensuring that no girl feels held back by her natural cycle.

Education on menstruation goes beyond biology - it serves as a foundation for dignity, health, and equal opportunity.
