Young people from Mathare have very limited opportunities for success and those who have lack the know-how/skills to fully utilize them. We exist to ensure that young people are prepared for this opportunities and can handle the challenges that arise whilst they built a strong personal identity. This is implemented through a robust personal development progra
m that seeks to develop, equip and provide platforms relevant to the specific needs of the beneficiaries. Objectives
1) To develop self awareness
2) To foster empathy and team work among peers
3) To build life and professional skills
4) To encourage entrepreneurship and innovation amongst young people
To ensure this we
• Design and implement training and mentorship programs that build individual’s competencies by equipping them with useful skills, relevant knowledge and proper attitudes
• Provision of platforms that are conducive and equipped to allow for an individual’s growth
