Every girl should be free to learn, grow and shape her own future.Yet for millions of girls, child marriage continues to limit those possibilities.

Education can change these trajectories. Free, compulsory and inclusive education helps girls remain in school longer, delay early and unintended pregnancy, and acquire the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their lives.

This is through programmes that advance in and through education and support their health, well-being and agency.

On this , calls for renewed commitment to girls’ and women’s right to learn, work, decide freely and shape their own future.:

Happy International Women’s Day! 🌸

Today, Women and Youth for Social Justice joins the world in celebrating the incredible strength, leadership, and resilience of women and girls.

We recognize the vital role women play in building healthy families, strong communities, and a just society. Through our programs in Nairobi, Kisumu, Makueni, and Homabay, we remain committed to supporting women and girls, addressing HIV-related stigma, strengthening community resilience, and promoting inclusive care.

Together, let us continue to champion equality, dignity, and opportunity for every woman and girl.
