It is our pleasure to welcome Riziki Kitondo to the 11th TASK Annual Actuarial Convention.

She is an Actuarial Consultant at Deloitte, where she has audited and developed credit risk models for Tier I and II banks across Eastern and Southern Africa.

Beyond credit, Riziki is passionate about sustainability and is a recipient of the Zayed Sustainability Prize for her efforts in sustainable development.

At the convention she presents Incentive Misalignment: The Silent Risk in Africa's Financial System, a look at one of the less visible forces shaping how our financial institutions behave.

Outside work, she collects poetry and is a huge Gufy fan, so you will almost certainly find her at his concerts.

It is our pleasure to welcome Anaklet Koros to the 11th TASK Annual Actuarial Convention.

He is the Head of Risk at NCBA Insurance Company Limited, where he leads the organisation's enterprise risk management agenda, supporting strategic growth, regulatory compliance and long-term resilience.

His experience spans risk management, governance, compliance and sustainability, working closely with executive leadership and boards to help organisations anticipate emerging risks while capitalising on new opportunities. Before NCBA Insurance, he built his career in consulting, working with organisations across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia on establishing and strengthening risk management and governance frameworks.

Anaklet joins the panel on Leadership for a Disruptive Era, bringing practical insights on leading through uncertainty, navigating transformation, and strengthening organisational resilience in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

It is our pleasure to welcome Gloria Asare, FCAS, FCIA, MAAA

to the 11th TASK Annual Actuarial Convention.

She is a property and casualty actuary with over 15 years of experience, currently VP of Transactional Pricing at Zurich Canada. Before that she served as a Property and Casualty Insurance Director at PwC and headed up AXA's commercial lines pricing team in Canada.

Gloria is a Fellow of both the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She graduated with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and volunteers her time with the CAS, the CIA and the International Association of Black Actuaries.

She also grew up in Nairobi. In her own words, she considers herself to have a Kenyan spirit and is especially happy to be here.

It is our pleasure to welcome Mr Githua Ngaruiya to the 11th TASK Annual Actuarial Convention.
He is the Managing Director of Group Kenya , a Board Member of the Association of Kenya Insurers [AKI], and Chairman of the AKI Statutory and Legal Affairs Committee.

He brings more than two decades in financial services, with leadership roles at Isuzu, General Motors and Deloitte before insurance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both the USA and Kenya, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Strathmore Business School.
