World Youth Parliament (WYP) is the World Youth leadership and development Organization that involves youths in world leadership and decision-making process, aiming to influence policies and promote mechanisms that will combat poverty and ignorance. The World Youth Parliament – Founded in 2007, is a non-political, non-profit organization registered in Kenya (Societies Act) and is a specialty youth
organization that focuses on youth groups, NGO’s and other such organizations which are doing some or the other kind of work for or with the youth. The World Youth Parliament (WYP), is a multinational, multiracial organization which is national, continental and a specialty representation of youth worldwide who come together for the unity of purpose of empowering them to participate in global leadership, decision making, developmental and innovation processes by networking professionals and each other to increase the realization as a generation of youth that are responsible, respective, knowledgeable and accountable.
