Through Connectedness to Reading, our Velocity Mentors had the opportunity to explore the library, discover new stories, and reconnect with the joy of reading.

For some, it was simply a library visit. For others, it was the beginning of a new reading journey.

Sometimes, opening a book is the first step to discovering a whole new world.

Freedom looks like movement, expression, and having the space to dream.

Today’s Siku ya Uhuru session with Siba Sarabi brought all of that to life through dance. Our young people learned, moved, expressed themselves, and, most importantly, had fun while doing it!

Today, we traded our usual routines for gloves, bags, and a heart to serve.

Our team, volunteers, and Changemakers joined fellow organisations from the Dagoretti North Network for a community clean-up at Dagoretti Law Courts.
It was a beautiful opportunity to come together, serve our community, and take responsibility for the spaces we share.

It is a simple act of service, but a meaningful reminder that creating better communities is something we all have a part in.
