Read that again. Slowly.

Twenty percent.

In a room of 10 People — ten people who showed up this morning, who are sitting at desks or in meetings or on calls right now, who are drawing a salary and occupying a role and contributing, in some functional sense, to the work of the organization — ONLY 2 of them are genuinely, fully, emotionally invested in what they are doing.

The other 8 are somewhere else.
