Our Executive Director, Dr. Mohamed Abdinoor Dahir, PhD delivered the keynote address at the National Economic Development Initiative (NEDI) youth conference at the Kenya Utalii College.
The conference whose theme: Empowering Youth and Women: Unlocking Kenya's Future
In his address, he empathized on the shared vision to empower the next generation of leaders and change-makers in our country. Youth and women are the backbone of our economy and the driving force behind our nation's progress.
Despite progress, many Kenyan youth and women face significant barriers to economic empowerment. Limited access to education, job opportunities, and financial resources hinders their potential.
Empowering youth and women is not just a moral imperative; it's an economic necessity. By unlocking their potential, we can drive economic growth, reduce poverty, and create a more prosperous Kenya.
In closing, he called on partners to join hands to empower our youth and women, and together, build a brighter future for all.
