Led by Year Rep, Carole Osero-Ageng'o (also a past Vice-Chair of the Alumnae Society), the Class of 1984/86 sang the School Song “Servire Est Regnare” and gave a rendition of the hymn “Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus" (by Louisa M. R. Stead).

Priscilla shall be remembered as a powerful swimmer and valued member of the famous KHS swimming Team A.

Alumnae of The Kenya High School showed up to support fellow Bomarian, Wangui Leah Ndirangu-Winkelpleck, at her 3 children's funeral service at International Christian Centre Church in South C on Mombasa Road.

Led by Ivy Kihara and Emily, Bomarians gave a rendition of "Goodness of God" (by Bethel Music & Jenn Johnson).

The Executive Council of the Alumnae Society was represented by Dr. Elizabeth Ominde-Ogaja (Decade Rep 1960s) and Jane Nkini Gachanja (Decade Rep 1970s). Also present from the REPS Forum were Vivian Ashioya (Year Rep 1996) and Nancy Youree (Year Rep 1997) in spirit. A diaspora tribute was penned by Njoki and Nancy.

Leah's former teacher (and Bomarian), Rose Mwendar, was also in attendance.

May Njeri, Emmanuel and Kaito rest in eternal peace.

This active cohesive group of ladies is a model for networking and welfare.

Proud to see Boma teachers - Rose Mwendar (née Miyale) and Jane Oisebe - as well as the Society's Treasury Secretary, Chao Mwaluma, with Year Rep Susan Oloo-Oruya, continue to shine Boma's light!

The Kenya High School Alumnae Society proudly welcomes Rev. Edith Koech as the new Chief Principal of our beloved alma mater.

Rev. Koech brings with her a wealth of experience and a distinguished career in education, from her 24 years of service at Kapsabet High School, where she rose to Head of Department for Languages and was nationally recognised as Kenya’s best Kiswahili teacher, to her leadership roles at Kapkolei Girls, Metkei Girls and most recently, Ossen Girls High School in Baringo County.

As an alumnae family, we embrace Rev. Koech with open hearts and deep optimism. Together, we look forward to strengthening the bond between alumnae and the school and building on the proud legacy of “Excellence Always.”
