Mental health is one of the most important parts of our overall well-being, yet it’s often the most ignored.
How we think, feel, cope with stress, relate with others and handle everyday life is all connected to our mental health.
And for many young people, growing up today comes with pressure that people don’t always see:
• school stress
• family expectations
• loneliness
• social media pressure
• friendships and relationships
• uncertainty about the future
This Mental Health Awareness Month, Thriving Teens Foundation wants to create space for more conversations and more understanding.
Because struggling silently should never be the norm.
