We are proud to celebrate the graduation of 117 young creatives from Filamu Creatives 5 in Nakuru, a cohort filled with talent, resilience, and powerful voices ready to shape the future of storytelling in Kenya.

Our Nakuru cohort had an engaging Intellectual Property session led by the incredible From understanding copyrights and trademarks to learning how to legally safeguard their films, scripts, and creative concepts, our students are not just creating ,they are building sustainably.

For many young creatives, IP can feel complex and out of reach. But through partnerships like this, we’re equipping them with the knowledge to own their work, protect their ideas, and confidently step into the creative economy.

Because talent deserves protection.

Because stories deserve ownership.
