16 Years of Our Constitution: Honor the Journey, Lead the Future. Today, we celebrate 16 years since the promulgation of our Constitution, a living covenant that secures our freedoms, promotes equity, and defines our national character.

At the Center for Leadership, Ethics, and Governance, we believe that true constitutional transformation requires deeply rooted ethical leadership. A text only holds power when public officials prioritize the public good, and citizens remain actively vigilant.

Let us celebrate our progress in institutional independence and civic rights, while recommitting to the work ahead. Safeguarding our democracy demands unwavering integrity from every leader and citizen.
