On 29th August 2025, members of the Lions Club of Nairobi Riverside IPDG Lion Dr. Moez Manji, FVP Lion Jayesh Patel, and Lion William Wangechi visited Pelena Lions Academy and Pelena Lions Club.

The visit focused on assessing ongoing projects, preparing budgets, and strengthening leadership within the club, all aimed at improving the school’s facilities and overall impact in the community.

On 30th Aug'25 at the Joytown School for the Physically Challenged, the Leo-Lion club of Thika donated 2 CPd wheelchairs, diapers and toilet paper from Lions Club of Nairobi Riverside (LCNR) & Thika Kilimambogo (LCTK).

The beneficiaries, a 6 year old boy and 17 year old girl both from Gachagi, a slum in Thika. The value of each wheelchair is Ksh.65,000 and graciously donated by LCNR’s Lion Dr. Moez Manji and Lion Zinat Manji.

This activity wouldn't have been possible without the support of IPDG Lion Dr. Moez Manji, LCNR President Zeeshan & LCTK 1stVP Lion Njiraini and Lion Billy Maina.

The team was also briefed on the on-going Hybrid Education Project at the Centre, a signature project of LCNR. 🦁

The ceremony was graced by the Chairman of the International Police Association (IPA), Mr. Jared Ojuok, along with our esteemed leaders – First Vice District Governor Lion Inderjeet Singh Main and Immediate Past District Governor Lion Dr. Moez Manji

Our club the Lions Club of Nairobi Riverside had our 29th Installational Banquet at a city restaurant in Nairobi on Sunday, 1st June 2025. Third Vice International President Dr Manoj Shah and gracious lady Jayna, G*T Leader PDG Shezan Luhar, Host District Governor Dr Moez Manji graced the occasion. DGE Simon Njoroge and gracious Lady Irene inducted new members. G*T leader installed the incoming President and his team.

The Lions Club of Nairobi Riverside is delighted to announce the successful chartering of the Lions Club Narok Pioneer on Saturday, March 1, 2025.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all LCNR members who attended and contributed to this milestone, including our esteemed District Governor, Lion Dr. Manji, and First Lady, Lion Mrs. Manji, as well as LCNR President, Lion Njaria Murimi, and other dedicated members.

We were honored to have Governor of Narok County, Hon. Patrick Ntutu, as the Chief Guest, further highlighting the significance of this occasion.
