✨ RESET, NOT PRESSURE ✨

As we step into 2026, we pause — not to rush, not to pressure ourselves with resolutions, but to check in, reflect, and move at the right pace.

This Tujibonge Tuesday, we’re asking a powerful question:
💭 What are you carrying into the new year — and what deserves to be dropped?

Join us for an open, safe, and honest conversation as we reflect on:
• Emotional baggage vs lessons learned
• What from last year still affects us
• What we’re ready to release for our mental well-being

🗓 When: 6th January 2026
📍 Where: Salama Youth Hub
⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🍪 Snack will be served

Let’s kickstart the year with compassion, honesty, and growth — moving forward together, at a pace that supports our mental health.

💚 Come as you are. Your feelings are valid.

On 5th December 2025, youths gathered .centre to mark the 16 Days of Activism. We reflected on the realities of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence—what causes it, how it affects us, and what we can do to stop it.
The conversations were honest and emotional, reminding us that SGBV happens closer to home than we often admit. We agreed that speaking out, supporting survivors, and protecting both girls and boys is a responsibility we all share. We left the session more aware, more united, and more committed to stand against any form of violence.

✨ TUJIBONGE TUESDAY — TODAY! ✨

Topic: “Our Role, Our Voice: How Youth Can Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence in Our Communities.”
📅 Date: 18th November 2025
📍 Venue: Ruben Centre
⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🍽️ Snacks will be served

Gender-Based Violence is rising, leaving many young people hurting in silence while others feel unsure how to help. This Tujibonge Tuesday, we gather to break the silence and explore our role as youth how we can protect each other and respond in ways that truly support, not harm.

Join us as we reflect, learn, and empower one another to build a community rooted in safety, respect, and accountability.

Your voice matters. Your presence matters.
Let’s talk. Let’s heal. Let’s act.
