Resin Art Introduction at Moms Empowerment Centre
On Saturday, 19th JULY 2025, members of SummerArts CBO visited the Teenage Moms Empowerment Centre for a transformative art session focused on basic resin techniques—fondly referred to as “Liquid Magic.” The training served as a spark of creativity, healing, and connection, introducing participants to the endless possibilities of resin art.
Objectives
- Introduce resin art as a creative and therapeutic medium
- Empower teenage mothers through hands-on learning
- Foster community through teamwork and shared discovery
Session Highlights
Discovery & Creativity: From pouring techniques to color mixing, participants showed curiosity and enthusiasm. Many shared that they had never experienced anything like it before.
Teamwork at its Best: Both trainers and participants collaborated beautifully, assisting each other and exchanging ideas. The room pulsed with positive energy and mutual encouragement. kazi safi guys.

Several promising ideas emerged for future engagements, including advanced workshops, mentorship opportunities, and even filming..
Reflections & Gratitude
We deeply thank God for His guidance throughout the session. The day marked a beautiful beginning—one of purpose, resilience, and renewed hope. Witnessing these young women light up as they tapped into their creativity reminded us why we do this work, and also revived positive and enthusiasticenergy within us members
