Join us and the AKU Brain and Mind Institute for a public forum on children, youth, and mental health care with Prof. Luis Rohde.

Prof. Rohde is Professor of Psychiatry at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil, where he also directs the ADHD Program at Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. He has served as President of the World Federation of ADHD.

His talk, "Bridging Worlds in Child Psychiatry: From Global Child and Adolescent Mental Health to Precision Medicine in ADHD," draws on 15 years of research and clinical work. He will share what we know about the mental health of children and young people, and how that evidence holds up across different countries and populations. His work covers ADHD, depression, psychiatric epidemiology, and prediction.

Whether you are a practitioner, researcher, student, policy professional, person with lived experience, or simply someone who cares about the mental health of young people, we would love for you to join us.
