🌸 WIH Symposium: Spotlight on Our Clinical Panel! 🌸
As women navigate different seasons of life, understanding our bodies becomes foundational to lifelong wellness.

Rather than looking at these phases through a single lens, we are breaking it down from every angle, gaining deep insights from a gynecological perspective to tackle the complex physiological shifts, a dermatological viewpoint to address the profound skin and hair changes and an internal medicine viewpoint to manage overall systemic health. To ensure true holistic care, our fitness expert will share practical, physical wellness blueprints, while our counseling psychologist addresses the critical mental and emotional transitions that come with these seasons.

Join us for this multi-disciplinary discussion that bridges the gap between clinical medicine, lifestyle, and mental well-being!

The Kenya Association of Muslim Medical Professionals (KAMMP), led by Secretary General Dr Abdallah Bajaber, held a productive engagement with Ms. Sandra Kanyoro, Head of Marketing & Public Relations at Skyward Airlines, to explore opportunities for a long-term strategic partnership.

Discussions centred on building a mutually beneficial institutional partnership that brings together KAMMP’s healthcare expertise and Skyward Airlines’ corporate and community reach to create meaningful impact.

Key areas of potential collaboration discussed included:

1. Health promotion and public education, leveraging KAMMP’s healthcare professionals to contribute expert content on travel health, aviation medicine, passenger wellbeing and other public health topics.
2. Occupational health and staff capacity building, including first aid, emergency preparedness, workplace safety, ergonomics and aviation medicine.
3. Mental health and employee wellbeing, through workplace wellness initiatives, psychosocial support, mental health education and targeted webinars.
4. Community outreach and social impact initiatives, including opportunities for collaboration in medical camps, health outreach programmes and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
5. Research and knowledge collaboration in aviation, occupational health and other emerging health areas of mutual interest.
6. Institutional and travel collaboration, including opportunities to facilitate travel for KAMMP members and programmes through Skyward Airlines’ corporate partnership framework.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to further develop and formalise areas of collaboration, with both teams agreeing to pursue initiatives that create sustainable value for their members, staff and the wider community.
