Today, at King Abaka Boxing Foundation; the kids were so humbled and grateful to receive their certificates after successfully completing the Life Skills First Aid course that took place three weeks ago.

It was truly a proud and memorable moment seeing their smiles and confidence as they celebrated this achievement. Knowledge of first aid is an important life skill that will help them support and protect their community in times of need.

Special thanks to the Management team for making sure the kids gained valuable first aid knowledge and received their certificates. Your support, commitment, and dedication continue to make a positive impact in their lives.
Together, we continue to empower, inspire, and build a better future for our young champions.

After two weeks away for training in Mombasa, it was truly a blessing to reunite with this amazing team. Seeing the smiles, the energy, and the unity reminded me why we do what we do.

I would like to sincerely thank our Goodwill Ambassador for the powerful words of wisdom and encouragement you shared. Your presence and guidance continue to inspire both the team and the young champions.

We would like to sincerely extend our appreciation to Glad's House Kenya for organizing and facilitating the impactful 10-day training held at Magongo, Chagamwe Sub-County.

On behalf of King Abaka Boxing Foundation, we are grateful for the opportunity to participate in this capacity-building program. The training covered key areas including ILM classes, introduction to sports therapy, assisted stretching, mobility work, dynamic stretching, first aid, and essential life skills for boxing.

The knowledge and practical skills acquired during this period have greatly enhanced our ability to effectively train, mentor, and support young athletes. We are confident that these skills will play a significant role in nurturing talent and shaping disciplined, resilient, and future champions within our community.

Today marks the successful conclusion of our two-day Life Skills Training in First Aid at King Abaka Boxing Foundation.

On behalf of the entire team, I sincerely thank everyone who made this program a success. To our Goodwill Ambassador and the team, thank you for your dedication and support. To the children, your eagerness to learn has been truly inspiring we believe the skills you have gained will positively shape your future.

To the parents, thank you for your trust and cooperation. We also appreciate the chef and the entire community for their support throughout the training.
Special thanks to the Director of Damascus Primary School for allowing us to use the premises, and to Mr. Ezekiel for his encouraging words of wisdom.

We successfully kicked off our two-day life skills training on First Aid today. We are truly grateful for this opportunity to impact the lives of our children.

Today was truly a great privilege for us at the King Abaka Boxing Foundation. We were honored to receive a special visit from our current Light Heavyweight National Champion, Robert Okaka, who conducted an inspiring training session and shared powerful words of wisdom with our young champions.
We sincerely extend our heartfelt appreciation to Henry Dotterer , David Lokopien , and Richard for taking the time to visit and support our foundation. Your presence, encouragement, and commitment to empowering young people mean so much to us.
