💰 Provided 100+ interest-free loans (totaling 9.8M KES / 107K CAD)
🤝 Delivered business mentorship to Kenyan entrepreneurs
📈 Empowered local businesses to thrive and transform their communities

📸✨ Meet House of Asaa, one of Mkono's supported entrepreneurs! Based in Nairobi, Kenya, House of Asaa is a thriving wedding and lifestyle photography and videography business. Through the support of Mkono's interest-free loans, they've been able to purchase a premium camera, resulting in a 25% increase in monthly customers! 📈

🌍 Your donations empower local businesses like House of Asaa, creating a ripple effect that strengthens entire communities. With every loan repaid, more entrepreneurs get the chance to grow and succeed.

⏳ Our fundraising campaign is still ongoing, but time is running out! We need to raise a little over $4,000 CAD to reach our goal of $15,000 CAD by August 9.

🎉 We are thrilled to announce that on July Bonus Day last week, we successfully raised over $10,000 CAD! 🎉

A heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed through donations or by spreading the word. 🙌 Your support means the world to us!

However, our fundraising efforts are not yet complete. Our campaign continues until August 9, and we still need to raise a little over $4,000 to achieve our goal of $15,000.

With as little as $25, you can make a substantial impact on the entrepreneurs we support. Every dollar donated is reinvested as entrepreneurs repay their loans, generating a multiplier effect where $1 in donation equals $10 in loans. 🌟

🎉 It’s Bonus Day and we’re thrilled to kick off our 5th Year Anniversary Fundraiser Campaign! 🎉

From 9:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EST today, every donation between $100 and $1000 will be matched by Global Giving. This is your chance to amplify your impact—the bigger the donation, the bigger the match!

How does it work? There are $100,000 available in Matching Funds!
1. 20% bonus on donations between $100-$499 USD
2. 30% bonus on donations between $500-$749 USD
3. 40% bonus on donations between $750-$1,000 USD
