ABOUT AESHI
Africa End Sexual Harassment Initiative (AESHI) is a law reform and social movement project which seeks to create regional dialogue about sexual harassment for national impact and to find regional solutions to the problem of sexual harassment in Africa. AESHI advocates for the development of a regional model law on sexual harassment noting that a regional standard which comprehensiv

Our mission is to lobby and advocate for the development of a regional model law on sexual harassment for Africa and to support national law reform processes regarding sexual harassment laws. VISION
We seek a society committed to eradicating all forms of sexual harassment practices, holds perpetrators to account and ensures that the workplace whether formal or informal becomes transformed to a place of safety, dignity, and equality for all persons in the world of work. This is done in partnership with media practitioners, female policymakers, workers, lawyers and youth across Africa. OBJECTIVES

2.Ensure that sexual harassment laws are properly developed in line with the regional model law to end impunity, hold perpetrators to account and protect and support victims of sexual harassment.

Develop strong multi sector partnerships with women in law, politics, media, youth-based organizations, workers organizations and academic institutions to facilitate continued dialogue, lobbying, advocacy, and research efforts.
5.Create a central digital portal where complaints and information on sexual harassment can be submitted confidentially and/or anonymously.
