The Restoration - Update.
What we have done so far for this family:
1. Cleared their house rent arrears and paid an additional 3 months in advance.
2. Provided some shopping and basic support - small cash for the family.
3. Helped the mother start a small charcoal business for sustainability.
4. Purchased school uniforms (2 pairs each), leather shoes, school bags, and stationery for the two children.
5. The children had not reported to school since Term 1, so we facilitated their admission and fully paid for all the requirements needed by the school, including fees, lunch program, exams, and other essential needs for the entire term.
6. Bought home clothes for the children.
Our next project is to provide the family with a 5x6 bed, mattress, and duvet to improve their living conditions.
