Every movement begins with a vision.
For Saki , that vision has always been clear:
No girl should miss school, sports, or opportunities because of menstruation
Before Kick4HER, Saki had the privilege of walking alongside 4,000+ school going girls through menstrual health initiatives. While these interventions made a difference, they highlighted an even greater challenge: period poverty cannot be solved through short-term solutions alone.
Through our partnership with safepad_kenya , Kick4HER became a movement built around dignity, education, and opportunity.
Over 400 people joined us with one shared mission: creating a period friendly society.
Today, we are proud to announce that Saki will support 1,900 school going girls with reusable menstrual hygiene kits that will help keep them in school for the next four years.
But this is only the beginning.
Introducing Project 47 🇰🇪
Kenya has 47 counties, and our mission is to reach every single one, one county at a time.
Through Project 47, we will take menstrual health education, sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions, and period dignity to communities across Kenya.
