This weekend , we went to the grassroots—not to talk about change, but to ignite it.

As we prepare for the Asten Generation Impact Day this October, our engagement with Afande Deeno Foundation in Mukuru kwa Njenga marks the beginning of a one-of-a-kind community initiative under our My Education, My Weapon program.

We believe education is more than a classroom—it is a weapon against ignorance, poverty and hopelessness.

This October, we are bringing that belief to life through mental health awareness, youth engagement, health and hygiene education, while unveiling the Usafi Bora Board Game—a groundbreaking hygiene-practice innovation designed to turn learning into play, action and lasting behaviour change.

A man can carry a smile and still be carrying a storm.

One of the greatest myths society has taught men is that strength means silence. It doesn't. Real strength is speaking up when you're struggling, seeking help when you need it, and allowing yourself to heal.

This month, let's remind every man that:
You don't have to carry every burden alone.

Check on your brother. Check on your father. Check on your friend. A simple conversation can save a life and restore hope.
