This how we ended our year.A big meeting/event with a few of my business partners to celebrate what we achieved and strategize on 2023 .Its a great year.When i joined this business i learnt one thing from one of my mentors Eric worre.That the job market will never get better instead its worsening daily.If in 2010 graduates tarmarked for 3yrs expect to tarmark for more years now.we got less jobs and cheap labour not only in Kenya but globally.You oftenly hear about retrenchment stories than job opportunities.The truth is we will hear more of those in coming years.
