Jean’s dry-cleaning business was struggling because he wasn’t separating his business money from his personal expenses.

Through The Full Circle’s EDB program, Jean learned to track his income and expenses and manage his business finances differently. Those simple changes helped him purchase a new washing machine and take on two trainee employees.

At TFC, we believe in entrepreneurs. We come alongside them with the training, tools, and support they need to grow.

Storey didn’t just start one business. He learned how to see opportunity.

After receiving entrepreneurship training and a revolving loan, Storey started a tailoring business making school uniforms. When school breaks slowed his sales, he adapted - moving into poultry and later producing plastic tubes for Malawi’s government tree-planting efforts. Now, he’s looking toward farming as his next opportunity.

The training and loan helped him grow his business, provide for his family, and pay school fees for his children.

Storey’s story is a reminder that sometimes the way forward isn’t just one opportunity - it’s learning how to recognize the next one.

Meet Mrs. Ajiri Y, a Cohort 8 graduate from Nshamba, Tanzania.

Through The Full Circle’s entrepreneurship training, Ajiri learned the importance of not relying on just one source of income. Today, she is involved in farming, pig keeping, and poultry farming - creating multiple income streams to support her family.

When one activity slows down, another can help carry the load. By planning, saving, and reinvesting, Ajiri is building greater stability and resilience for her family.

“I learned that it is important to have different sources of income. Through farming, pigs, and chickens, I am able to continue supporting my family.”

This is what entrepreneurship can do: turn hard work into greater opportunity and stability.

One of the greatest highlights of Philip's trip wasn't just seeing businesses, it was hearing the stories behind them.

Dr. David operates a small pharmacy in Yaounde, Cameroon. Before taking our course, he relied on intuition to operate his pharmacy, which caused shortages.

David struggled to track his income and separate business expenses from personal finances. The Full Circle training gave him the skills and confidence to make a change.

Today, he successfully manages his business finances, tracks expenses, and can better serve the community that relies on his medicine. Now, he is looking for ways to bless his community and train other pharmacies to better manage their stock.

From helping Agness strengthen her food business to helping Ruth think through competition and customer retention, he is helping entrepreneurs put what they learned into action.

Because sometimes, having someone who believes in you - and knows how to guide you - can make all the difference.

We’re grateful for mentors like Pastor D. who are helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and their confidence.
