Lasting change happens when local leaders are empowered.

While visiting Africa, Philip Milano - our Director of Operations - spent time with program participants. He also spent time encouraging and equipping the pastors, leaders, and volunteers who faithfully serve in their own communities every day.

These volunteers are amazing - their dedication, leadership, and love for the people they serve are at the heart of our mission. We're so grateful to stand alongside them as we work together to bring hope through faith and entrepreneurship.

Pastor Nelson is proving that ministry and entrepreneurship can grow side by side. In addition to leading his church in Nshamba, Tanzania, he supports his family through farming - raising goats and sheep while cultivating bananas and vegetables.

By hosting the TFC Entrepreneurship Class at his church and participating alongside his community, he strengthened his skills in stewardship, financial discipline, and sustainable business practices.

Today, his farm serves as a living example that hard work, faith, and entrepreneurship can create lasting impact for families and communities.

Sometimes the smallest business lesson can make the biggest difference. After completing The Full Circle's Entrepreneurship Class, Joseph, a pastor in Kenya, began separating his business finances from his personal finances - a simple change that transformed how he managed his restaurant.

Today, his restaurant is known for serving delicious local meals, provides income for his family, and has created employment for another member of his community.
