Rain couldn’t stop the smiles at Kamae Community! 🌧️🏃‍♀️
On 8th March, Rise CBO hosted our Half Marathon event. Despite the heavy downpour10 adults and 40 brave children joined us, with 20 taking to the track to compete!
Congratulations to our top 3 winners who walked away with school fee vouchers and exercise books! 📚🏆 No child left empty-handed—every participant received books and stationery to fuel their dreams.
The most moving moment of the day? Welcoming a young girl into the Oasis family. She has never been to school, but thanks to Rise CBO, her fees are paid, and her journey begins today. 🎓✨
We wrapped up the day with refreshments and a very special birthday song and cake for our dear Miss Mary. 🎂🎶
Thank you to everyone who stood in the rain to make this happen. We are changing lives, one step at a time!
