During our recent SIYB Training of Trainers (TOT), participants joined from diverse professional backgrounds consultants, development practitioners, educators, and business trainers.
What stood out was not just the diversity, but the transformation that unfolded over the course of the programme.
By the end of the training:
✔ Confidence in facilitation had increased significantly
✔ Participants were able to deliver structured entrepreneurship sessions using SIYB tools
✔ Peer learning and coaching skills were strengthened through practical exercises
✔ New trainers are ready to engage in real field work

The May 2026 SIYB Training of Trainers (TOT) has officially come to a successful close!

Over the past sessions, participants engaged in intensive practical learning, peer to peer exchanges, facilitation exercises, and business development discussions aimed at strengthening their capacity as certified SIYB trainers.

This was more than a training programme it was a platform for building confident facilitators who will go on to train, mentor, and inspire entrepreneurs in different sectors and communities.

We appreciate all participants for their dedication, enthusiasm, and active participation throughout the programme.
