Sometimes, when people die, they don’t really die on the same day we all think they did. Some begin to “leave” long before their last breath, maybe a year before, maybe six months, maybe just a few weeks. Their body may still be alive, but their spirit has already started moving closer to the other side.

In every family, there is usually someone who has the gift of seeing things before they happen. They may have dreams, feelings, or signs. But most times, they don’t take it seriously, or they only pray for themselves and those they love. Then, when death finally comes, they shout in regret: “Ah! I saw this in my dream, but I didn’t know it would happen this way.”

But the truth is this: being spiritual is not about seeing something bad and then waiting to say, “I saw it.” A true spiritual person is someone who sees danger and also does something about it, whether by warning, praying, or standing in the gap for the person. If all you do is see and report after it has happened, then your gift is wasted, and with time, God can even take it away from you.

Whenever God or the universe shows you something, it is not just for information, it is also a responsibility. You are meant to act, to pray, or to seek help in interpreting it.

Pay attention to this: dreams you forget easily are not usually important. But the dreams that stay in your heart, that feel so real and refuse to leave your memory, those are the ones that carry important messages. Do not ignore them.

Remember, this world is deeply spiritual. Before anything happens in the physical world, it must first be processed in the spiritual realm. Many innocent people suffer today because evil people manipulate them spiritually without their knowledge.

So, take your spiritual life seriously. Be watchful. Listen to your dreams and visions, and when danger is revealed, do not keep silent, pray, act, and help stop it before it becomes reality‼️

If you want to fix your gut health, here's every tip I could come up with:

1. Stop drinking alcohol.
2. Eat plenty of prebiotic fiber. Examples:

• apples
• berries
• avocado
• bananas
• seaweed
• pistachios
• asparagus
• mushrooms
• sprouted oats
• garlic and onions
• Jerusalem artichokes
3. Supplement with colostrum, collagen, omega 3's, l-glutamine, and vitamin d3/k2.

4. Stop drinking tap water.

5. Eat gelatinous cuts of meat like the skin-on chicken thighs, bone marrow, and osso bucco.6. Avoid antibiotics at all costs.

7. Eat fermented foods to enhance your gut bacteria. Examples:

• kefir
• natto
• kimchi
• yogurt
• sauerhraut
• fermented pickles

8. Avoid coffee first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach.

9. Drink bone broth on an empty stomach instead.

10. 90% of the foods you eat should be single-ingredient foods.

11. only indulge in processed "fun foods" 10% of the time or less.

12. Eat zinc-containing foods. They aid in cell division and immune function. Examples:

• steak
• dairy
• shrimp
• chicken thighs
• dark chocolate
• mandatory weekly oysters

13. Get more sunlight.

14. Get a minimum of 7+ hours of quality sleep a night.15. To enhance your sleep quality:

1. Daily movement
2. No caffeine after noon
3. Practice 4-7-8 breathing
4. Avoid naps after 2:30 pm
5. Block blue light before bed
6. Wake and sleep at same time daily
7. Create a sleep cave: silent, dark, cold

16. Never snack or "graze" throughout the day. Your stomach needs time to heal.

17. Create a 10-14 hour window every day where you are not eating.

18. Stop eating 2-3 hours before bed, and don't eat your first meal until an hour after waking.

19. Avoid high quantities of raw vegetables

20. Consume butyrate-producing foods like ghee, butter, and cheese

21. Limit heavy metal intake from crappy cookware, tap water, and poor-quality fish

22. Eat polyphenol-rich food like berries, organic coffee, and dark chocolate.Gut health is nuanced. Some people need microbiome testing and a more individualized approach.

But overall, I have found these 22 tips to help both my health coaching clients and myself tremendously.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU EAT CHICKEN OR BEEF FROM AN ANIMAL THAT DIED FROM A SNAKEBITE?

In general, snake venom isn’t harmful if swallowed, because it’s made up mostly of proteins and peptides that your digestive system can break down. For venom to be dangerous, it usually needs to enter the body through a bite or injection, not by being eaten.

Unless you have open wounds or sores in your mouth or digestive tract, swallowing venom is unlikely to cause any problems. Cooking the meat would also help destroy any venom present, as heat breaks it down even further.

What’s more important to consider is how long the animal has been dead. If it’s already started to rot or decay, then the meat may no longer be safe to eat.

You should also avoid eating meat when the exact cause of death is uncertain. Just assuming it was a snakebite could be risky, as the animal might have died from poison or a disease instead.

Whenever possible, it’s safest to eat meat from animals that were properly slaughtered under controlled and known circumstances.

10 Things to Expect in the First 24 Hours After Giving Birth 🤱🩸🛌 (That Nobody Warns You About!)

Everyone prepares you for labour, but not enough people prepare you for what happens immediately after birth—to your body, mind, and baby.
Let’s talk about it 👇

1️⃣ You’ll still feel contractions 😖
Yes—even after delivery, your womb keeps contracting to shrink back. It’s called “after pains” and they can be strong, especially during breastfeeding.

2️⃣ You’ll bl££d A LOT 🩸
It’s normal. It’s called lochia, and it can be heavy like a period. Use maternity pads or adult diapers.

3️⃣ Your private area might feel sore or swollen 😩
Whether you had a vag!nal tear or not, your vulv@ may feel bruised. Ice packs can help.

4️⃣ You might shake or feel cold 🥶
Post-birth chills are common—even if the room is warm. Don’t panic.

5️⃣ You may struggle to p*e 🚽
It can sting the first time. Pouring warm water while urinating helps. Let the nurse know if you can’t p*e at all.

6️⃣ Your breasts may leak or feel heavy 🍼
Even before milk comes in fully, colostrum (baby’s first milk) may start flowing. Bring br£ast pads if possible.

7️⃣ You might feel extremely emotional 😢❤️
Crying for no reason? It’s okay. Hormones are crashing. Be kind to yourself.

8️⃣ You’ll be checked regularly by nurses 👩‍⚕️
Your bl00d pressure, bl££ding, and uterus will be monitored. Let them know if anything feels off.

9️⃣ Baby may sleep a lot—or cry a lot 😴😢
Both are normal. Skin-to-skin contact helps baby feel calm and secure.

🔟 You may feel shocked, overwhelmed, or even disconnected
It doesn’t mean you’re a bad mother. Give yourself time. Rest. Breathe. Let others care for you too.
