Resource Mobilization Volunteer needed
Life Integrity Network (LIN)
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time, Volunteer Basis
Reporting to: Programs & Partnerships Lead / Executive Director
1. About Life Integrity Network
Life Integrity Network (LIN) is a faith-based organization committed to defending the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death. Through programs such as the Adopt-a-Mother Initiative, youth empowerment, crisis pregnancy intervention, crime prevention, and substance-use prevention, we work to build strong families, empower vulnerable mothers, and provide gospel-centered holistic support to those in crisis.
The Resource Mobilization Volunteer will play a key supportive role in expanding the reach, sustainability, and impact of LIN’s mission.
2. Role Summary
The Resource Mobilization Volunteer supports funding efforts, partnership development, proposal writing, and donor relations. The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging potential partners, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and helping LIN strengthen its financial sustainability.
This is a volunteer role suitable for someone passionate about nonprofit work, fundraising, communications, and advancing a life-affirming mission.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Resource Mobilization (Fundraising & Grants)
•Research and identify potential donors, grant opportunities, CSR partners, and funding institutions.
•Support the drafting of concept notes, LOIs, and funding proposals.
•Assist in maintaining a grant pipeline and tracking application deadlines.
•Support community fundraising initiatives, church partnerships, and local events.
B. Partnerships Development
•Map out relevant partners (churches, NGOs, clinics, youth groups, corporates, community networks).
•Support outreach to potential partners through email, calls, and scheduled meetings.
•Assist in preparing partnership decks, introductory materials, and MoUs.
•Maintain a database of partners and follow-up engagements.
C. Donor Stewardship & Communications
•Support development of donor updates, newsletters, and impact reports.
•Help develop storytelling content highlighting beneficiary impact.
•Assist in managing LIN’s resource mobilization communication channels.
4. Required Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
A. Education & Background
•Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Nonprofit Management, Business, Development Studies, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, etc.) - not mandatory but an added advantage.
•Experience in fundraising, proposal writing, donor engagement, or partnerships is desirable.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
