Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional passionate about making a difference? The Lance Foundation, a charitable organization, is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team in a volunteer capacity. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your skills to support our mission and help us build a strong, effective volunteer workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the volunteer lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and performance management. You will work closely with our leadership to create a supportive and engaging environment for our volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and are equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies.

Oversee the volunteer onboarding process, including background checks and training.

Manage volunteer records and performance tracking.

Serve as a point of contact for volunteer inquiries and support.

Help foster a positive and collaborative volunteer culture.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Proven experience in managing a workforce or volunteer team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for our mission and a commitment to serving the community.
