Every day, our teens also take time to have quiet time moments to pause, reflect, and meditate on each Bible study. 🕊️📖
They sit beside the flowing water with the peaceful view of the beach,letting God speak to their hearts in the calmness of His creation. 🌊✨

These moments are helping them grow deeper in their faith, find clarity, and connect with God in a personal and refreshing way.

We kicked off the day with workouts, stretches, and fun fitness activities to remind our teens how important it is to take care of their bodies.

Staying fit helps them stay focused, disciplined, and confident—both physically and spiritually. 🧠💛

The Bible reminds us in 1Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and taking care of them honors God. 🙏✨
