Dividing our people, creating unnecessary tensions, pulling down upcoming leaders, and sitting down to plan to kill simply because of political differences or selfish political interests is a dangerous path that can only hurt our community.
Leadership should never be about eliminating competition, silencing different voices, or turning our own people against one another. It should be about bringing people together, creating opportunities for everyone, and allowing every leader with a genuine desire to serve to participate freely and peacefully.
Our people deserve leaders who compete on ideas, development, integrity, and service—not through intimidation, division, hatred, or violence. Political positions come and go, but the wounds caused by division can remain for generations. No personal ambition is worth sacrificing the peace, unity, and future of our people.
This is the time for all of us to choose unity over division. Let us put our differences aside, reject political violence and hatred, protect one another, and come together as one people. Let us support and encourage emerging leaders rather than destroy them. Let us resolve our disagreements through dialogue, respect, and democratic processes. Our strength is not in how effectively we fight one another, but in how strongly we stand together.
I call upon our elders, leaders, young people, and the entire community to reject attempts to divide us for individual political interests. Let us speak peace, practice tolerance, and build bridges across our differences. We may support different political ideas and leaders, but we must never allow politics to destroy the relationships, unity, and future we share.
Let us unite, protect our community, and build a future where leadership is earned through service not fear, division, or violence. Our people must come first. Unity must come first. Peace must come first.
