BRINGING TECH TO INFORMAL SCHOOLS
Building a computer lab is a dream out of reach for many informal schools they lack the space, funds, and a reliable electricity to keep the lights on.
We decided to stop waiting for the infrastructure and start moving the technology. Instead of asking students to come to the tech, we are bringing the tech to them.
Equipped with rechargeable devices, 11 tablets and 2 laptops, a projector and a small Bluetooth speaker powered by open-source Ubuntu software, we are heading into marginalized communities to bridge the digital divide.
Our mission is simple: to ensure every young person, regardless of their background, has the tools and skills to compete fairly for the opportunities of tomorrow.
