A Letter to Future Stewards of the Victor BENS Foundation
To those who will carry this work forward,
If you are reading this, it means the Foundation has outlived its beginning—and for that, give glory to God.
This work was never meant to belong to one person, one season, or one generation. It was born out of obedience to Christ and sustained only by His grace. You now stand as a steward, not an owner, of what God entrusted to us.
Remember this always:
The mission is greater than the messenger.
The Gospel is greater than the organization.
Faithfulness is greater than visibility.
You may be tempted to measure success by numbers, growth, recognition, or applause. Resist that temptation. Measure success by obedience, integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to truth. Never compromise the Gospel to make the work easier, more acceptable, or more popular.
Go where others hesitate.
Serve where dignity is forgotten.
Speak hope where silence has reigned too long.
Care for people, not platforms.
Protect the mission more than the name.
Pray more than you plan.
There will be seasons of fruit and seasons of fatigue. In both, remain faithful. When resources are few, trust God. When influence grows, stay humble. When the work becomes heavy, remember why it began—to make Christ known and to love as He loved.
If ever you are unsure what to do next, return to this simple charge:
Preach Christ.
Love people.
Walk humbly with God.
May this Foundation always be known—not for who led it—but for who it served, and for the Savior it proclaimed.
May you finish your stewardship with joy, knowing you carried the Gospel forward without compromise.
To God alone be the glory,
now and to generations yet unborn
