Just a gentle reminder to those who might be suffering from social anxiety - it’s okay to slow down and BE by yourself to recharge your energy.
You can only do this from being by yourself.
I think many people don’t realise that they are exhausted of energy because they never STOP and clear their mind of an ‘imaginary’ to do list. They do not prioritise themselves - forever putting partner, children and work above their OWN needs.

In quietness and no where else - LIFE, and BEING in it, is where you will find your Self, your strength, and your purpose.
